swissnex San Francisco is not only a core team. The building hosts various organizations sharing swissnex San Francisco’s vision. These associated teams use our structure in a cooperative manner to pursue their activities and establish themselves in our region. The core team has the responsibility for swissnex San Francisco as a whole. It reports to the State Secretary for Education and Research Groups with a legal identity in the United States may be welcomed in the swissnex San Francisco building after an agreement with the Swiss Government. swissnex San Francisco shares its Strategic Committee in Switzerland with its three sister organizations, swissnex Boston, swissnex Singapore and swissnex Shanghai. The first sitting of the board took place in October 2004, and is held annually in Switzerland, around the time of the annual conference of the Swiss Science & Technology Counselors.
