Join us at Pier 17 for demos from the swissnex San Francisco Startup Bootcamp. Expect an evening filled with demos, pitches, networking, and a chance to gain insights into Switzerland’s strong startup ecosystem. The Swiss startups pitching during this event are participating in our two-week Startup Bootcamp this January, as selected by the Innosuisse Internationalization Camp in Switzerland.

Scailyte | Dr. Peter Nestorov, CEO |

Sibyl Chen

Sibyl Chen is the Senior Director of Program at Berkeley SkyDeck, UC Berkeley’s tech accelerator. Every year, over 250 startups come through SkyDeck’s program and Sibyl works closely in advising startup founders from all different industries as they navigate the various challenges in scaling and growing. The Berkeley SkyDeck Fund is the investment partner for UC Berkeley’s SkyDeck Accelerator Program, which invests $100K into each startup that goes through SkyDeck, as well as participating in later stage investment rounds with Berkeley founders. They are a very active investor in the Bay Area, typically making over 40 investments each year.

Garrett Goldberg

Garrett Goldberg is a Partner at Bee Partners, a pre-Seed stage venture capital firm focused on supporting passionate Founders with deep market insights at the start of their journey.  He focuses on identifying Founders and startups working on hard technology problems that service enterprises and enable new marketplaces.   He actively seeks investments in frontier technologies (drones, AI, NewSpace) and invests his time in building companies that matter.  He is a partner to the Founders and organizations in the Bee community and believes time is worth more than money.   An entrepreneur at heart, Garrett has worked in professional sports, real estate development, and technology. Sunil Maulik

Sunil Maulik has over twenty-five years of experience in Silicon Valley. He teaches workshops on informatics-driven product design using big data and artificial intelligence to the technology and healthcare industries. He has given keynote speeches at Triple Ring Technologies, Product Realization Group, Genentech, Perkins-Coie, Alterra, Persistent Systems, NASDAQ, Roche, Health2.0 and numerous other organizations. He has been a mentor and advisor to over 50 startups via the NIH and DoE SBIR/CAP programs. Sunil helped start five companies, and co-founded and ran GeneEd, the first company to apply machine-learning to e-learning, focused on behavior-change for health-care providers and patients. Sunil participates in several non-profit ventures dedicated to health and wellness in sustainable communities, including ImpactGoGo, the Pacific AIDS Education Center and Project Ahimsa.

Deb Siegle

Deb Siegle is the principal of Strategic Marketing Solutions, a consultancy focused on effective marketing and customer loyalty strategies, programs, and strategic counsel. Deb is a former president of Women In Consulting and has led multiple other professional associations. She is a judge for the Edison Awards, which honor innovation and innovators. In 2016, Deb was named one of the Top 100 Women of Influence in Silicon Valley. She has worked in and for start-ups, Fortune 100 companies, as well as non-profits, and understands and conveys the perspectives and needs of each. Deb holds a MBA from the University of California, Berkeley and a BBA from the University of Michigan.
